About Our Gift Cards
Triple 3 Collectibles Gift Cards provide a convenient way to purchase products from our online store for yourself or someone else.
Gift Cards are available in various denominations and are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased through the Triple 3 Collectibles website.
Payment must be successfully processed before a Gift Card is issued.
Gift Cards are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be redeemed towards eligible purchases made through the Triple 3 Collectibles website.
Where the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until fully redeemed.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Expiry
Gift Cards are valid until the expiry date displayed on the Gift Card or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
Where required by Australian law, Gift Cards will remain valid for the minimum period prescribed by legislation.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
Triple 3 Collectibles is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted or unauthorised use of Gift Cards once they have been issued, except where required by law.
Fraud Prevention
Triple 3 Collectibles reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel Gift Cards where fraudulent activity, payment disputes or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Changes to Gift Card Terms
Triple 3 Collectibles may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time.
