Shipping Overview

Triple 3 Collectibles is committed to packing every order with care and dispatching it as quickly as possible.

We primarily ship using Australia Post and provide tracking on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand and carrier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched within three (3) business days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated (such as pre-order items).

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order may be held until all items are available unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Australian Shipping

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally 2–7 business days from dispatch.

Current delivery estimates are available on the Australian Post website.

All domestic shipping options include tracking.

Available shipping options may vary depending on the destination, parcel size or order value.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and weight.

Please note: Triple 3 Collectibles does not currently offer free shipping.

Alternative Shipping Arrangements

To help ensure the safe and secure delivery of particularly valuable, oversized or specialised orders, Triple 3 Collectibles may, where appropriate, use an alternative shipping method or carrier.

Where this results in a material change to the shipping service selected at checkout, we'll contact you prior to dispatch wherever reasonably practicable.

Any upgraded shipping arranged by Triple 3 Collectibles for security or operational reasons will be provided at no additional cost to the customer unless otherwise agreed.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations serviced by Australia Post.

Orders are generally dispatched within three (3) business days, unless your order contains pre-order products.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination country, customs processing and local postal services.

Available international shipping options may vary depending on destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive safely and on time, delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is in transit.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate, we'll work with you to reach a fair resolution once the investigation has been completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of placing an order.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Additional postage costs resulting from incorrect delivery information may be the responsibility of the customer.
