About Our Loyalty Program
The Triple 3 Collectibles Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you for supporting our store.
Eligible customers can earn reward points ("Stars") on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for rewards in accordance with these Terms.
Participation in the Loyalty Program is free.
Eligibility
To participate in the Loyalty Program, customers must:

be logged into their account when placing eligible orders.
Guest purchases are generally not eligible to earn or redeem reward points.
Earning Rewards
Eligible purchases may earn reward points ("Stars").
The number of Stars awarded, eligible products and promotional bonus offers may vary from time to time.
Reward points are generally credited after an eligible order has been successfully completed.
Certain purchases may not qualify for reward points, including where stated on the product listing or during promotional events.
Reward points have no monetary value until redeemed through the Triple 3 Collectibles Loyalty Program.
Redeeming Rewards
Reward points may be redeemed for eligible rewards made available by Triple 3 Collectibles.
Minimum redemption values, qualifying purchase requirements and available rewards may change from time to time.
Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reward Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, reward points remain valid while the Loyalty Program is active.
Triple 3 Collectibles reserves the right to introduce expiry periods or modify the Loyalty Program in the future by updating these Terms.
Account Misuse
Triple 3 Collectibles reserves the right to remove reward points, suspend participation or terminate Loyalty Program membership where fraudulent activity, abuse or misuse of the program is suspected.
This includes, but is not limited to:

creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards;

attempting to manipulate the rewards system;

fraudulent transactions;

abuse of promotional offers.
Changes to the Loyalty Program
From time to time, Triple 3 Collectibles may:

change how reward points are earned;

change available rewards;

modify redemption requirements;

introduce promotional offers;

suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Program.
Where practical, significant changes will be communicated through our website.
Relationship with Other Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, Loyalty Program rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.
Only one promotional discount, reward or offer may generally be applied per order.
